Terms and Conditions
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
You can cancel your activity up to 7 days before arrival and receive a full refund.
No refunds will be made for cancellations that are made 1-6 days before arrival.
For cancellations 1-6 days in advance, you may contact your insurance company for possible compensation. We can assist with a certificate for insurance companies, provided that the cancellation was made before the tours starting time. A certificate from Abisko Adventure will be sent within 72 hours of receiving such a request by email, info@abiskoadventure.se
If at any time an unforeseen event causes Abisko Adventure to cancel the trip you will receive a 100% refund or be offered to join the booked activity on another date or time.
Abisko Adeventure is not responsible for any travel expenses to or from Abisko. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of travel delays, missed flights, illness etc.
Abisko Adventure may at any time interrupt a tour in progress if conditions change so that the safety and quality of the tour are at risk. The guide may also interrupt a tour in progress if any participant does not follow the guide’s instructions and requests, or behaves in an inappropriate manner.
Alcohol, smoking or drug use is not permitted during our guided tours. Persons under the influence are not permitted to participate in our tours and will not be compensated if they are asked to stay in their accommodation by the guide.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be used and stored by Abisko Adventure AB in order to be able to contact you regarding the trip you booked, for insurance purposes and to be able to keep statistics in the company.
Only employees have access to personal information from our guests.
